Our Telecommunications service offerings include:

  • National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) Compliance – Impact7G assists in completing reviews required for NEPA compliance for wireless communication tower projects. Typically, these include completing research of endangered species, structures listed or eligible for the National Register of Historic Places, wildlife preserves, Native American lands, floodplains, and wetlands. We can also assist with additional requirements associated with this environmental compliance, such as Environmental Assessments (EA), Environmental Impact Statements (EIS), Cultural Resources Surveys, and Wetland Delineations.
  • Phase I & II Environmental Site Assessments (ESA)– ESAs are a core part of Impact7G’s environmental screening process and are an integral component to the environmental due diligence process.
  • Wetland Consulting – Impact7G provides environmental assessment of commercial land to determine if protected wetlands and waters are present. We are equipped to delineate them, provide applicable permit applications, as well as mitigation planning and completion.
  • Asbestos Surveys and Abatement Management – The asbestos survey will include review of all available plans, developing a sampling strategy, and collecting bulk samples for laboratory analysis. If asbestos containing materials are discovered, Impact7G can assist with the management or removal of those asbestos containing materials.
  • Portfolio Compliance Audits – Prior to tower acquisition, Impact7G performs environmental compliance audits to assess the value of the tower as a co-locatable asset, determine tower value prior to purchase, and determine potential environmental compliance issues that may exist.
  • Migratory Bird Nest Evaluations – Impact7G biologists conduct a survey and provide findings on the presence of potentially protected bird nests on or within wireless communications facilities.
