Environmental Soil Borings
With our direct push Geoprobe unit, Impact7G can install soil borings in the most challenging of environments. Soil cuttings, as well as potential impact to your site, are minimal with our 2.25” diameter augers. A variety of other boring diameters are available with either of our drill rigs to fit your project needs.
Groundwater Monitoring Wells
Impact7G can install temporary piezometers or permanent groundwater monitoring wells in a variety of diameters. We also offer bedrock (air rotary) drilling. Make use of our peristaltic pump to sample your temporary piezometers while the probe rods are still in the ground.
Recovery wells are installed with our CME auger drill rig. These can be installed in a variety of diameters to fit the needs of your remediation system design.
Soil Vapor Analysis
Impact7G can install soil gas wells in a multitude of environments to help investigate vapor concerns at your site. With our Geoprobe unit, we have the capability to install sub-slab soil gas wells inside buildings with low overhead clearance. Temporary or permanent soil gas wells can be installed in varying diameters and depths.
Impact7G can provide all in-field measurements needed for a thorough and accurate geotechnical investigation. We partner with a local Geotechnical Engineer to interpret the results and provide a written report.
Impact7G can properly abandon any size monitoring well in accordance with local rules and regulations.
