Kadie works within the company’s Natural Resources department to develop, design, implement, and monitor habitat restoration projects. Kadie has experience working in multiple regions of the U.S. including the Midwest and the Pacific Northwest. She has a passion for botany and managing native landscapes. Kadie has a diverse background in native and non-native plant identification, restoration and management planning, project management, ecological monitoring and mapping, and hands on technical skills like tree planting, native prairie seeding, forest management, and herbicide application.
Off the clock
Kadie enjoys basically any activity outside. She is a distance runner and likes to garden, play disc golf, hike, and go backpacking with her husband and dog. Originally from the Pacific Northwest, she loves traveling to and getting to know different cities and regions in the Midwest. When she’s not on a trip or spending time outside, Kadie likes to play board games with her husband and friends.
