
Stacy earned a Master of Science in Environmental Studies in 2009 and has since applied her environmental policy background in the telecommunications industry. Stacy has extensive experience in regulatory compliance, engaging with multiple telecom carriers in various regions of the U.S. She is an expert at regulatory site analysis, and in reviewing NEPA documents, Airspace/TERPS analyses, FAA/FCC filings, AM radio frequency screenings, EME studies, and Quiet Zone studies. She excels at developing efficiencies to expedite compliance milestones for telecommunication carriers and finding simple solutions to complex problems. Stacy enjoys collaborating with vendors, clients, and government agencies to ensure all FCC rules are appropriately applied. Additionally, she has a background in environmental outreach and education, community-based social marketing, and bird band database analysis.
