The Small Business Administration’s (SBA) Iowa District Office has awarded Impact7G, Inc. with the Impact Award. The award recognizes local businesses for their success, resiliency, and contributions to the local economy. Jayne Armstrong, SBA Iowa District Director, presented the honor to Impact7G’s President Ryan Peterson at the grand opening of Impact7G’s headquarters office in Johnston on May 12th, 2022.

“We are extremely fortunate to have such a dedicated staff at Impact7G. That has been the one constant over the years and has really made the growth of this company so attainable,” Peterson said.

Impact7G hired over 30 staff since 2020, effectively doubling the size of the company. This growth can be attributed to a robust customer-centric business model and industry-leading technical expertise in the environmental consulting arena. Peterson also attributed their growth to the many financial resources available for small businesses in Iowa.

“Having the ability to access capital through the SBA’s numerous programs has been extremely critical for Impact7G. From our initial loan upon startup to financing our new corporate headquarters, the SBA has made a tremendous difference in this company,” Peterson said.
