Impact7G was hired to provide comprehensive NEPA services related to the reconstruction of a 2.2-mile corridor of Grandview Avenue in Muscatine. Data gathering included, but was not limited to, a land use inventory, wetland inventory, historic and archaeological resource review, hazardous waste/contaminated sites review, and noise and air quality analyses.

Our environmental professionals assessed the socioeconomic, environmental, and indirect impacts of the project. Impact7G also conducted extensive community involvement activities and prepared a plan that summarized opinions from public meetings, advisory group meetings, public hearings, and small group meetings.
